The following is the price for the steps in producing a 3D rendered image. All prices are in NZD.

Step 1: 3d CAD Model
A 3d CAD model needs to be supplied or modeled before we can make a 3d rendered image. If no model is supplied, we can model it for you. The price to model a standard 1 storey house is below $79+gst for a house model - Larger or more complex houses may be extra Step 2: 3d Rendered Images External Images are produced at dpi 4961 x 3508 pixels- Equiv. A3 @ 300dpi. For larger prints ie. for signage, please contact me Externals - Each rendered image is: $199+gst for the first render and $149+gst for each same-house render thereafter – if needed Container homes externals - or other small homes $99+gst per external render per home Townhouse section or 6 (or more) houses externals - Each rendered image is: $199+gst for the first render $149+gst for each same-scene close up (individual houses) render thereafter Internals - Each rendered image is: $249+gst for the first render of a kitchen, lounge or open plan $199+gst for the first render of a bedroom, bath or laundry $149+gst for each same-scene render (after the first) of any room All internal renders are 4961 x 3508 pixels - Equiv. A3 @ 300dpi. Step 3: Accessories
Once the image has been rendered, we will add trees, planting and add lots of other nice things to make you image look realistic at no extra cost.!
- If you want people or cars, just let us know.
- If you have a background photo that you would like to be added into the background, we can also include this. Please check out our Photomontage Gallery page for examples of what we can do with a background photo
Step 4: Advertising / Leaflets
Advertising / leaflets layouts are free-of-charge if I have rendered both the image and floorplan of the house being advertised.
Communication + Timing
- Communication is done primarily via email or with the use of a file transfer website such as My Drive or Dropbox sharing if needed.
- We usually allow a 1 week turn-around for images as it always depends on the current workload, but if you need a render urgently, just let us know and we will see if we can fit it in at that time. No extra cost for small urgent projects.
