3D Model Perspectives was established 18 years ago by Marina Phillips, who brings a wealth of experience to the table - 25 years of 3D expertise garnered from her tenure in architectural and modeling firms. Throughout her illustrious career, she has had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse array of professionals, including architects, interior designers, developers, real estate agents, and homeowners, on a wide range of projects spanning residential, retail, retirement villages, commercial, and tourism accommodation.
Marina's expertise in producing high-quality images from CAD models is unparalleled, and her experience spans the entire spectrum of design planning and development, from simple day-to-day tasks to council submissions and the marketing of buildings for sale. Her academic background is equally impressive, with qualifications in Architectural Technology from the Sydney Institute of Technology and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Digital Media from the University of Sydney. It was during her academic pursuits that Marina developed a keen interest in working with virtual reality, recognising its potential to revolutionise the way designers and their clients visualise and interact with projects. This passion has driven her to continually hone her skills, allowing her to work seamlessly with a wide range of 2D and 3D CAD files, including IFC, 3D Autocad, ArchiCAD, Revit, 3D Studio, Chief Architect, Vectorworks, and Sketchup. Today, Marina works from her home in Rangiora, North Canterbury, where she continues to deliver exceptional 3D modeling services to clients across the region. Her unique blend of technical expertise, creative flair, and passion for virtual reality has made 3D Model Perspectives the go-to choice for designers and developers seeking to bring their projects to life in stunning detail. |
